Yoga Teacher Training course consist both philosophy and practice studies in Yoga. The different types of yoga, asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, anatomy and teaching skills.
We cover general description on all types of yoga but mostly we teach Astanga,Hatha , Mantra & Raja yoga during the course period.

Yoga teacher training (YTT) takes 28 days.
Our main reference book is “ Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha” written by Swami SatyanandaSaraswati published by Bihar School of Yoga. You will receive a copy of this reference and our own manual book.

We create small groups during teaching period. Each and Every student will get a chance to teach in group during training periods.
We encourage students from all backgrounds with different levels of experience there is no any specific requirement of experience to join the course.

We run YTT in small group. The range of group will be 15 to 20.
As a Yoga Teacher Training view, there is no any special month. We run YTT courses every month of year. It depends what your schedule is and what type of weather you prefer.You can plan comfortable way for every month.
Students from all over the world can be participate in our YTT. Students range in age from 18 to 65.
Yes, just about every nationality can get a multiple entry visa on arrival at the Tribhuwan International airport, Kathmandu or border for 30 or 90 days. At this time, 30 days is US$40 cash (or major currency equivalent) and a 90 day visa is US$100. Visa extensions can be granted in Kathmandu within a couple of hours. Check your options before you arrive. Currently, photographs are not required because a machine will take your photograph at the airport. Please check here for updated information.

Sure, bring some comfortable clothes items for doing yoga. We provide yoga mats and props but you may wish to bring your own mat or mat cover. Bring toiletries and anything else you need. In winter season bring warm clothes. In summerseasonsummer clothes, umbrella ,a raincoat, sun block cream and for all seasons we suggest you bring mosquito repellant, a hat, a flashlight, trekking shoes for hiking in a forest area.

There is one full day off a week and you can travel around that day for sightseeing and shopping. Kathmandu valley is reach for their art, different culture, world heritage sites, beautiful and historical places.You can plan and visit these places.

• 06:30 to 07:00 – Satakarma (neti cleansing),
• 07:00 to 07:15 – Tea break
• 07:15 to 09:30 –Mantra chant, Asana session ,Pranayama and Meditation
• 09:30 to 10:30 – Breakfast
• 10:30 to 13:00 – Theory class and yogic relaxation
• 13:00 to 14:00 – Lunch
• 14:00 to 15:00 – Self study/Rest
• 15:00 to 16:45 – Meditation and Yoga workshop
• 16:45 to 17:00 – Tea break
• 17:00 to 18:30 – Evening Asana and Meditation
• 18:30 to 19:30 – Dinner
• 19:30 to 21:30 – Self Study
• 21:30 – on ward bed time, lights out
Some people like to vaccinate and some people do not. Yoga is related to preventive and curative therapy so yoga does not encourage for vaccination.. Nepal is not listed for any proper communicable disease. We are providing healthy environment, purified water, hygienic food and spiritual vibration. If you want to make vaccination, you can take it.We advice to use your personal judgment in this matter.
We provide sattvick (organic vegetarian/vegan meals) foods for all yogis, that are included in the cost of the course. In the case of special dietary you can mail in details to us in advance. We can not provide non veg. like meat fish and egg also in our institute…

We prefer to bring your regular medicine from your home country.There are some herbal and Ayurveda products available here. For toiletry products local shops and storesare available here if you wish to save and travel light. We advise you to bring your proper branded products because they may not available here.
We provide each and every student with yoga mat, blanket, cushion and other supports, but we recommend you yogis have your own yoga mat, towel other personal items for the training period.

Sure. We provide vegetarian/vegan diet.We manage most of foods locally from organic farms.
Sure, once a week you will have a full day free (mostly Sundays). In the day time there are also breaks in between meals and classes. Some program can be set like organic farm visiting, hiking, volunteering in the – village-geriatric home, natural health program, stress management program, Ayurveda massages or other activities into free time.
